Ingredients of Pistachio Smoothie

  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup pistachios
  • 1 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 2 tablespoon honey

Step 1 Blend the ingredientsIn a blender, add milk, banana, yoghurt, spinach leaves, pistachios, honey and blend in intervals. Blend for 5-10 minutes. See that the pistachios and spinach blend well to form a smooth mixture.

Step 2 Ready to be servedPour the smoothie into glasses and you can also garnish it with pistachios and honey. Serve chilled.
