Fond of potatoes and potato-based dishes? Then you need to try this easy and delicious recipe made with very few ingredients. Hasselback Potatoes are not only pretty to look at but also taste amazing. Packed with garlic, herbs, salt, pepper and butter, these potatoes are the perfect comfort food. Ingredients of Hasselback Potatoes

  • 2 medium potato
  • 2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary leaves
  • black pepper as required
  • 6 garlic
  • 2 teaspoon butter
  • salt as required

Step 1 Wash the potatoes and pre-heat the ovenFirstly wash the potatoes thoroughly and pat them dry. Now preheat the oven to 220˚C for 10 minutes.

Step 2 Make slitsNow make slits in the potatoes such that 3/4th potato is cut. Kep making slits till the very end.

Step 3 Stuff garlicChop the garlic finely and stuff it in the slits of the potatoes.

Step 4 Bake themPlace the potatoes on a baking tray. Grease them properly with melted butter. Sprinkle salt, pepper, rosemary from the top and drizzle olive oil. Bake them for 20-30 minutes.

Step 5 Serve hotOnce crispy, serve them with hot soup or a dip of your choice.
